Settle the Score has quickly become a jewel at the Brooklyn Music and Arts Program. A diverse group of dancers ages 15-23, each dancer possesses a different background, but shares the common love for the culture of dance and hip-hop.
This talented group of young artists hopes to bring their love for dance to the public, to gain experience and skill in the craft of dance, and to come together as a team to show the entertaining as well as competitive side of dance. Settle the Score dances to express their souls, and dance is what brings them together not just as a team, but as one big family where each member has great bonds with one another, where memories are built, and where they share each other’s pains and joys.
Settle the Score has performed at various dance competitions winning top prizes, at festivals, other schools, and community events, including Aaron Davis Hall, Lehman College, and the Apollo. Most notably, they've appeared on the first ever “Wild-Out Wednesday,” on 106 and Park.
